Useful information, instructions and recommendations

We offer some clarification on the order of the event, as well as instructions and recommendations for comfortable, unobstructed and safe entry, presence and movement in and around the concert venue. At events of this nature, safety is always paramount, and to achieve a common and personal one, all attendees need to have certain considerations in mind, some of which we have outlined below. At the same time, however, we have provided a sufficient number of entrances/corridors for ease. However, WE RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT WAIT AT THE LAST MOMENT TO ENTER THE PARTY CENTER "UNAC" – this will enhance the comfort of all of us.

I. TIME SCHEDULE

II. Access to the concert areas
*Zones and entrances are marked on each ticket.
**The TERRENCE area is separated by the TRIBUNE and TERRACE areas. It is not allowed to go from TERRIBUNE to TRIBUNE/TERRACE, and vice versa - from TRIBUNE/TERRACE to TERRENCE! Access to the TRIBUNE and TERRACE areas is through a COMMON ENTRANCE, but it is proper to respect the areas. Each seat on TRIBUNE is numbered and corresponds to the corresponding number written on each ticket.
*** ENTRANCE AND EXIT TO AND FROM THE CONCERT ARE UNANIMOUS!

III. PASSING MODE
Tier 1: Security
Checked by licensed security company "Nicor" for possession of prohibited items (you will find a list below) and compliance with age restrictions. A total of 7 separate corridors/entrances will be designated for pre-purchased ticket holders from Eventim.en. At the entrances, the accompanying minors need to leave one copy of the corresponding completed Declaration and keep the second one in their possession.
Step 2: Ticket Check
To be carried out by staff of Eventim.En via barcode-readers. Each ticket/invitation has a unique barcode number, which is marked as verified and is automatically pulled from the system after scanning - meaning two people with one ticket (copied or hand-delivered) cannot be admitted.

IV. TICKET INFORMATION AND CHILD ACCESS
Please keep your ticket well, which you need to present to the authorized staff at the entrances. The ticket does NOT HAVE to be printed on paper. Lost, unused or damaged tickets will not be refunded. Event attendees must have a regular ticket or invitation or accreditation (badge set + special arm band)! Multiple entries and exits with the same ticket are not allowed, and exits from the venue on the designated day can only be one-time and final.
*Children up to and including 7 years of age are admitted free of charge to the TERRENCE and TERRACE areas when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must be an adult and complete a declaration of accompanying person. For the TRIBUNE area it is necessary to purchase a seat according to the chosen scheme. For this event, it is not recommended that children be present in the TERRENCE area or at least near the stage.

V. PERSONS UNDER 18:
People under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an accompanying person and complete a DECLARATION!
An adult chaperone is any parent, guardian or third party caring for the minor who holds a regular ticket! Any accompanying minor under the age of 18 must bring a completed and signed in duplicate DECLARATION which can be downloaded here: https://www.nikor-security.com/.../deklaracia_pridrujitel... or get one on the spot.
Filling out declarations in advance is recommended and will save you time! One copy is to be given to the guard upon entry and the second copy is to remain with the attendant in case it is requested for re-check. There will also be printed declarations at the entrances for you to use.
No unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be admitted to the concert! No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 18.
Markings are in accordance with the legal regulations in Bulgaria.

VI. MEDICAL EMERGENCY:
In case of need, which we do not wish on anyone, emergency medical assistance is available, provided with specialized vehicles (positioned around the entrances). If you notice anything of concern, please seek assistance from security immediately.

VII. PARKING
Convenient for use is the parking lot in front of the stadium "Vasil Levski" and the underground parking lot of the metro station "Vasil Levski". Of course, until the places are exhausted. WE RECOMMEND YOU ARRIVE WITHOUT CARS - there are convenient METRO, BUS and TRAM LINES.

VII. OFFERING DRINKS AND FOOD
Serving of beverages and food will take place in both TERRENCE and TERRACE areas. Two large bars plus a hot dog outlet will be located on the TERREN. You can find them on either side opposite the stage. The Stroeja Open Air bar and two food and beverage outlets are located on TERRACE - these will serve all visitors in the TRIBUNE and TERRACE areas. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

VIII. TOILET AND WASTE AREAS
TERNAL:
Mobile toilets are located to the left after the entrance. They are divided into a WOMEN'S and a MEN'S section. An INVALID cubicle is also available. Waste disposal areas are near both bars.
TRIBUNE and TERRACE:
The toilets next to the Stroeja Open Air Music Bar are used.

IX. Pets:
Pets are allowed in the event area, but NOT RECOMMENDED! Make sure you have left enough food and water at home and have served all their needs before coming to the concert!!!

X. VELOSIPEDES
No HELOSPEDS are allowed in the concert areas.

XI. FORBIDDEN THINGS – no way!

- any sharp or dangerous objects;

- glass and metal bottles;

XII. ANTI-SOCIAL OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR:
In case of aggressive or antisocial behaviour and non-compliance with remarks raised in this regard by the security and stewards, the person concerned may have to be promptly removed from the hall, without refund of the ticket amount! But we believe that we are all there to have fun and be merry, aren't we?
